My Role & Contribution
Led the project from inception through deployment, aligning vision, timelines, and delivery across stakeholders, brand, and dev teams.

Collaborated with UI/UX teams to develop a modular design system—enabling the site to scale across business units with a consistent, branded experience.
Delivered reusable React components and layouts optimized for both B2B storytelling and lead generation.

Oversaw QA and performance testing across browsers, devices, and regions.
